Anna Leah Luna-Raven

author

Anna is an emerging writer from Perth, Western Australia.  She grew up and spent most of her adult years in the Philippines, until she immigrated to Australia to be with her then fiance, and now husband, back in 2012.  She grew up in a Catholic family, and she graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Communications degree. She began writing at a very young age.

Her latest works include: “…oh, I don’t know…” published on an online literary journal, Lite Lit One, and “cab thoughts: EMP-ty” published on an LGBTIQA+ magazine, Bent Street 3.  Her work, “The Surprise Party” (also known as “Random Rantings – PLEASE add me as a friend if you’re NOT…”), was also chosen as one of the works to be performed in the Voices of Women podcast.  Another poem, “Got Time?” was shown on the Big Screen at Northbridge Piazza for the 2020 Perth Poetry Festival.  Her poem, “Like The Moon Loves The Stars in The Sky”, was also published on Snowdrops, a Wingless Dreamer publication.

Poet

Her writing is a paradox — deep and sullen, quirky, fun, and whimsical… making people happy or sad.

Storyteller

Her stories are unique and interesting  — with (thought) bubbles and (word) balloons and (fairy) dust of doodles.

Writer

She wants readers to use their imagination, sharing with the world her creativity, inspirations and life lessons.
